Here's the deal...my parents have paid for my education throughout my entire life, from expensive private school to college and they plan on footin the bill for dental school as well. My family has a good amount of money so it most likely would not be a huge burden for them to pay for it. However, recently I have been feeling really guilty. I'm seriously considering declining their offer to pay for my dental school (and just taking out loans) because I feel like they deserve a good, comfortable retirement and dropping well over 200k on dental school won't help that. I feel that my parents would definitely reject this idea, so I'm wondering, what would be the best way to broach this topic with them?
