So chads organic chemistry lecture calls
2-Bromobutane reacted with t-BuO^- Na^+ yields 2-bromobutene
However, Destroyer roadmaps says
2-Bromobutane with (CH3)3CO^-K^+ yields Bromobutene or 1-bromobutene
Now maybe my eyes are playing tricks but isn't t-BuO^- or a +O^- the same as (CH3)3CO^- ?
which one is right? most subsituted or least substituted..
I hope my madness makes sense..
