hey guys , should i send the letters from my dentists to schools or i should wait till they request it , i will apply this jun thanks

wait... what?

You mean letter as in... Letter of Recommendation? You don't send that to school, you send that to AADSAS, and they distribute it to your schools.

Obviously you can't do this until AADSAS opens June

i know that bro , i have 2 letters of recommendation and i just can send 2 letters to aadsas and i should send committee letter from my college also so my question is should i just mention in my application about my work in dental office and wait if they ask for letter later on

hmmm so you already have a committee letter or science professors who agreed to write you reccomendations?
But youre wondering if you should get a reccomendation from a dentist you worked for as well? You can just send it with your comittee letter through aadsas when it opens like june 3rd or whenever. the schools you apply to will not request you to get a recc from the dentist you worked for bc it is not required to mark your file complete since all you need is your committee letter. So if you want them to see a rec from a dentist youve worked for, send it with the rest of ur letters.

I don't understand your question.... you mean schools are going to ask you for proof of your work experience or shadowing in a dental office? They won't ask you for that because there is a section in AADSAS that asks you how much shadowing you've done, where you've done it, and how many hours you've clocked.....HOWEVER, some schools will require/recommend to have an LOR from a healthcare professional (usually dentist).... In this case, many schools WILL NOT CONTACT YOU to submit an LOR (if its missing), they will expect you to be responsible and supply this piece to them (through AADSAS of course)

my understanding is, many dental schools would prefer (even some ONLY accept) LORs coming from AADSAS. I remember calling a few schools and asking them about this (cause I had 7 LORs lol, I thought the more the merrier).... Almost every single time, their first answer was "well, why can't you just use AADSAS and have them forward the letters to us".... then I tell them I have 7 lol.

Point being, more and more schools are switching to paperless applications (AADSAS). Strong chances are, however many LORs you have, theyr gonna prefer to have you forward them to AADSAS.

Does this answer your question? Sorry, sometimes I get dense
