i know that bro , i have 2 letters of recommendation and i just can send 2 letters to aadsas and i should send committee letter from my college also so my question is should i just mention in my application about my work in dental office and wait if they ask for letter later on
I don't understand your question.... you mean schools are going to ask you for proof of your work experience or shadowing in a dental office? They won't ask you for that because there is a section in AADSAS that asks you how much shadowing you've done, where you've done it, and how many hours you've clocked.....HOWEVER, some schools will require/recommend to have an LOR from a healthcare professional (usually dentist).... In this case, many schools WILL NOT CONTACT YOU to submit an LOR (if its missing), they will expect you to be responsible and supply this piece to them (through AADSAS of course)
my understanding is, many dental schools would prefer (even some ONLY accept) LORs coming from AADSAS. I remember calling a few schools and asking them about this (cause I had 7 LORs lol, I thought the more the merrier).... Almost every single time, their first answer was "well, why can't you just use AADSAS and have them forward the letters to us".... then I tell them I have 7 lol.
Point being, more and more schools are switching to paperless applications (AADSAS). Strong chances are, however many LORs you have, theyr gonna prefer to have you forward them to AADSAS.
Does this answer your question? Sorry, sometimes I get dense
