lets say if patient needs blood and we got match for that blood type from donor, and lets say if that donor has been using medication for acne, would that affect recipient who is pregnant because donor has been using medication for acne ( retinoic or tetra) ?

They don't let you donate blood if you are on one of those medications for acne.
