What does adcoms mean? I've seen it used a lot on here.

unlike all the lazy people who just look at the post and don't reply, i will. adcoms means admissions committees for medical school.

We all get tired of writing things out so lots of us shorten terms we use in our posts all the time.
Adcoms, LOR, EC, URM, etc.... We should put up a sticky that lists all the frequently used abbreviations on SDN.
