Getting pretty antsy as June 1st approaches, and have some questions about this years new application. So far I've used Interfolio to compile my letter of recommendations. Is there anything else I should be doing right now to ensure that I can apply as soon as possible? Can you create an account yet/get transcripts requested/coursework uploaded, or does that all have to wait until June 1st?

Pretty sure you can already ask schools to mail out transcripts but it might not be beneficial since you don't have AADSAS ID yet.
Did you finish your PS? write down all your shadowing, work, volunteer and EC hours so all you have left to do is just plug them in when the app is open? did you compile a school list to apply to?

I am compiling all of that now and finishing touches on my PS. So I guess besides that stuff it's just a waiting game

If you realy have nothing to do, you could look into starting to prepare questions to supplementary apps for the schools you going to apply to... But that might be a little over the top. You can probably find them online or around the forums here.

I see that it's optional to put supervisor information and address for extracurriculars/volunteer experience. Does it look bad to leave the optional sections empty?

I was wondering the same question. Under the experiences section I didn't list any optionals (supervisors/addresses/etc.). I also didn't answer all the optional stuff under the personal information. For those sections I don't think it would be too big of a deal (personal opinion but of course could be wrong). But, for the secondary program materials section, I don't know if would look bad if I don't fill out the optional questions for specific schools. Any advice?
