Questions about EC/work experience entries on AACOMAS

I was involved in a club and held two executive positions (over 2 years). How would I go about entering that on AACOMAS? The two positions have different responsibilities but I was personally more involved in one position over the other. Should I just make one entry or two separate entires?

Also, if a position has a stipend but no hourly pay, should I include it as EC or work experience? Is it true that EC carries more weight than work experience (my experiences are halved between EC and work)?

Lastly, what is the best way to describe my EC/work experiences? So far, I've included information on responsibilities and skills learned in a prose format. Is there anything else to include and would bullet points be better?
