I've yet to enter the college world, but going to soon. What are the classes and requirements i need to fast track into a pharmacy school?

Easy! If you've done your SAT now, apply to 0-6 program. Not only are those easier to get into (No interviews, extracurricular, PCAT, nor LOR requirements, etc...), but also you get to graduate fast. There are a lot of schools that offer 0-6 programs compared to my time. There's a couple schools like that in New York and Massechuettes. However, be sure to owe a LOT of debts cuz most schools are private.

I start college this fall at ucla. Do you think it's too late? I will be going to orientation this week. How do I enter such programs?

I think it would be too late, but I'm not positive. Go to the pharmcas website. They have a list of all the pharm schools; check out their websites to get specifics on application deadlines and such.

Yeah, I think it's too late too. Your best bet is to finish your 2 years at ucla, or to apply to the 0-6 program next year. But there're always exceptions to everything. Call the school(s) and see if you can get in this fall. Good luck!

Okay, thanks. Do you know any good links or information that might give me an understanding of what fast tracking would require?

you can't enter a 0-6 school if you have attended college.

USC and UOP have these kinds of programs... But we are in august, i highly highly doubt that these schools are still accepting... But don't worry most people are entering pharm school after a BA/BS degree in California. good luck.

Thanks all. Your information will not be of waste.
