Questions about PS (maybe a third cycle?)

I am in the medical school app cycle for my second time currently, but I am going to be proactive and prepare for another (3rd) cycle just in case. I wanted to get some feedback regarding the PS that I sent in for this cycle from anyone who is willing. In addition, I have several questions:

1. Do I need to completely re-write my PS?
2. Do I need to completely discard and rewrite my secondary prompts?

Hey, I wouldn't mind taking a look at your PS and some secondary writing. I'm a reapplicant as well, and I've had a lot more success, (0II last cycle to 6II and an A this cycle) which I think is due to improved writing
