Does anyone know if SCCO allows Canadian students to work on campus? Also, does anyone know how much one can realistically expect to spend on living expenses?

I would call their admissions office to ask about Canadian students working on campus.
As for living expenses, rent is around $500-700 in a shared place and $800-1000 in a 1 bedroom. There are lots of options close to campus (within a mile) at all price ranges. All other bills (utilities, food, gas, etc.) will likely match whatever you spend monthly now. It's not a wildly expensive area. You probably wouldn't need to do much driving unless you wanted to go do leisure things though, because almost all students live within 1-2 miles of the school.
