First of all, greetings! I am new to this forums and wish everyone the best this application season.

Regarding the rest of this week. Seen that there are so many applicants and less positions compared to last year 2011, I wonder how this is going to work. Are all potential candidates going to get a telephone interview? Invitation for a face to face interview? or PD may just make an offer based on the application itself? Is there anything we can do in the mean time (really nervous here 😕).

Any coments would be really appreciated.

There are a few other threads at the top of this forum filled with other people making their way through the SOAP process. Why not check those out? People have been posting about their experiences and some have been receiving phone interviews.
