hi,
im just wondering what some of the practitioners think about regarding these questions... thanks guys!
1. Do you think you spend more or less time on the telephone today than you did 10 years ago? and why?
2. In the next 10 years do you think new technology will cause your pharmacy to lay off employees either technicians or pharmacists?
3. If you or one of your pharmacists needed to call in sick today what would need to be done to keep the pharmacy functioning properly? How easy would it be to do that?
