Questions if personality disorders should be diagnosed at age 16 or 26

Should diagnostic criteria for personality disorder to change? I think age 16 is the good age to be diagnosed with personality disorders, because it's where you should be somewhat mature, and besides, you are not magically developed at the age of 18.

You shouldn't be diagnosed with personality disorders until age 26, that is when your brain has finished growing.
