Questions on how to input courses taken while in the military!

I am attempting to fill out the amcas application and for the life of me can not figure out how to fill out the courses that I took while I was in the military. I understand that it is located on the JST but I do not know what I need to put down to indicate the actual course i.e. course code and identifier etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I submitted my AMCAS without a JST and it was kicked back. When they finally received my JST, the AMCAS reviewer put in the course descriptions. For my military courses, the reviewer put "Other Term" for Term, "Other" for Course Classification, left the course number blank, and put "Military Credit" under Special Course Type.
