Reapplying while on WLs

By the time a school gets your AMCAS app (a month out) the WL process should be coming to a close.
A school that waitlisted you but didn't reject you is probably a good one to try again.
However, you could also wait until you hear a final word from your WL schools and if you don't get in, add those schools to your list after the AMCAS app is verified. They will get your app in a day or two.
