Questions regarding annually updated Kaplan PCAT review books

Does anyone know if the questions/content varies as the Kaplan review books are updated and published each year (e.g. 2010-2011 vs. 2008-2009)? I know that the content of the material can't possibly change drastically over a span of a couple years, but are the two different years' books different enough in terms of study questions? Or would I just be better off buying a Kaplan PCAT review book in addition to a review book from another company? Thanks for your help 🙂
