Questions regarding sending a 5th recommendation letter

I have 2 bio prof letters, 1 comp scie and 1 dentist, I'd like to also have my employer send their recommendation letter too as they wrote me a strong one. I know that they would have to send the letter through email as AADSAS only accepts up to 4. These are my questions:

1- do all schools accept a 5th letter by email?

2- when can my employer email the letter to the schools? Any time or only after the schools have received my aadsas application

3- what is the format of the email that my employer has to send? Do they have to have my CAS ID in the email so the schools can verify that the letter is for me?

No. You are limited to four emails through AADSAS. You'll have to ask additional schools if they can accept additional letters after an interview for file review.
