Questions tab and personal statment?

Hello!

Do all schools have a questions tab and do all require a personal statement? So far only 1 out of 3 schools have shown to have a questions tab. Is this normal?

I called OptomCAS this morning about it and they told me that not all schools require personal statements. I don't know how much I trust his word because he seemed really unsure with his answer

All of my schools has the questions tab now, but it won't save my personal statement for some reason or won't even let me enter my personal statement. Does anyone have this issue?

The same happened to me! I called OptomCAS and they sent an e-mail to their technical support. I'll let you know what they say once I hear back!

I haven't, I am supposed to hear on Wednesday so I'll let you know!

Oh good! And yes I was able to enter it but not save it properly!

I'm having the same problem saving my personal statement too. I tried to call OptomCAS yesterday and was on hold for an hour as the "second caller in line" so I had to hang up and move on. I emailed them since I could reach them via phone call, but haven't received a response yet. Glad to hear it's a global issue and not something I've messed up!

OptomCAS says they are hoping to fix the glitch by next week!

I am having the same problem. For some schools, I see a completed green checkmark and for other schools such as NOVA, SCO, and UAB, there is no completed green checkmark even after I enter and save my personal statement. I just emailed OptomCAS about it as well.
