I've always thought a good approach here is to ask the most forward-thinking (within reason) questions you can come up with.
Ex. Let's just say that hypothetically, the pharmacy you're applying to doesn't do flu shots.
"Do you have any questions for us?"
"I do actually. I know that one of the areas that is at the forefront of pharmacy right now is vaccinations. I've always thought of this as a great way to promote the value of pharmacists in public health and I know that there is a good profit margin in flu shots as well. Is this an area that you see YourPharmacy expanding into in the future?"
I personally think that by asking questions like this, you are showing that you're focused on the future of the company, which indicates that you want to have a vested interest in their success. Boom. Done.
