Questions to ask on Interviews

So I have my first interview next week and I know that I need to ask questions to the PD etc, but what type of questions should I ask. I have done lots of research on all the programs so I feel like I have a good idea about all the programs, but still know that I need to ask questions to look more "interested." Are there any standard good questions to ask? How many questions should you ask?

Iserson's Getting into a Residency has a good chapter with specific questions to ask the program directors/attendings and others to ask the residents. Try and check it out before your interview.
