1)carbohydrate is stored in the body as -glycogen or GAG
2)Muscle glycogen phosphrylase is activated by-glucagon or epinephrine
3)this carcinoma is hormonally dependant-pancreas or prostrate
4)which muscle is the prime mover in effecting a left lateral movt?
5)which of the following are mobilized when a cell produces extensive amount of protein-
lysosomes,RER,lipofuschin granules and mitochondria

1) glycogen
2) both but epi is a stronger activation I believe
3) prostate is hormonally dependent (testosterone) - put patient on anti - test drugs
4) right lateral pteryogoid contraction = left mandibular movement
5) RER mobilized when cell produces lots of protein.

Hope this helps and anyone feel free to correct me 🙂

hi lisozomes are mobilized in case of excesive proteins produced.

1.competetive inhibition best describesthe desired effect in,

a.opsonization
b.phagocytosis
c.tuberculin reaction
d. allergic desensitization
e. first set graft rejection . the ans is [d]. but i need explanation. pl guys someone try explaining this. thanks a lott.

Hi!

It is competetive inhibition since the inhibitor would bind competetively to the receptors for the sensitised antibodies produced through an initial reaction for the same stimulus.
the rest of the options are not related to inhibition.

Hope this helps!
