Quick Anki Question (Image Occlusion)

Does anyone know how to use free hand shapes to make the IO cards with? Some of the diagrams from our lecture slides aren't too conducive to using big bulky rectangles for the IO cards and I was wondering if there was a way to use a free hand drawn figure that can be used as the mask for that card instead of using a big box. For example, when you need to know the first few words of the line to have the context necessary to know how to answer the question but you want the rest of the top line marked out and all of the second line marked out. At this point, I can only really block out the entirety of both lines using the rectangle tool. I've looked around on reddit and Anki FAQ with no luck so sorry for creating a thread just for this simple question, but hopefully one of you can help me out. Thanks!
