When using FAFSA school codes, the code for the undergrad is the same as the code for medical school, right?

And does it matter what we put for housing plan?

not always. do a search to make sure the medical school doesn't pop up too. i think like 3 of the 6 i listed had a separate code for the medical school.

Ok, so if theres no separate one then we can assume its the same?

So on campus, off campus, dont matter?

It shouldn't. You can always change that afterwards anyway.

One last thing, parents don't need to sign right.

For FAFSA, no, they don't. However, most (if not all) schools take parent's financial info into account when awarding financial aid. So your parents may have to sign something after all.
