why is geometry of chloroamine (NH2Cl)​

tetrahedral not trigonal pyramid?

Yep, it is trigonal pyramidal

TPR did not specify whether they are asking for electron geometry or molecular geometry.
I blindly assumed that it was molecular but electron geometry is indeed possible.
Thus, it's TPR's fault.
