Should I list the scholarships I was awarded upon enetering college or not?

Thanks a million guys.

Yes. Mention what they were awarded for, also (maybe a one sentence blurb). It says a lot that people are willing to give you money for something.

Would you suggest having one entry with a blurb about each scholarship in it? I five or six I need to talk about.

I'd just put it all in one (or two if you need it to fit), e.g.

Scholarship X: A partial tuition scholarship awarded based on academic merit.

Scholarship Y: A one-year full tuition scholarship awarded to the best tennis player on the varsity team.

etc.

The idea is to let them know you're recognized as a star, that people are willing to give you money for it, etc. I wouldn't let it be half of your activities, as they want to see what else you've been doing.
