For my resume, I have already held two leadership roles for a club on campus (1 year as VP and 1 year as President for the same club) Is this enough experience for leadership for medical school? Should I pursue another leadership role?

You don't need leadership experience to get into medical school. Is it a desirable experience? Yes, but who is to say whether something is "enough"?
