LOIs are traditionally sent via mail.

withdrawals on the other hand are commonly done by email.

yeah usually people dont post their LOIs...cause some of it may contain personal information that may have a large effect on why someone might want to attend a particular school.

usually you want to just effectively state the reasons why you feel this school is the one for you. might want to talk about how this late in the game you feel that you have had adequate time to think over all the schools that you have visited and are considering and feel that School X is the best for the following reasons.

maybe family considerations?
feel you can thrive in their curriculum...
can relate to their personal mission/philosophy...
impressed with the opportunities the school had...
impressed with what you saw at the school and the feeling you got from the students and faculty...

lots of reasons...think about yours and put those into words. there isnt really any type of format for these.

There are plenty of threads here on SDN that do have samples as I have found them myself. Try refining your search and you should come up with something. Much luck to you.
