quick question about round 2

let's say we applied to programs ABC in soap round 1

and now in SOAP round 2 those programs a, b, c are still there with unfilled spots

do we have to re-apply to those three programs or do our previous applications "stick" ??

do we get 10 "Fresh" applications or do we have to "use" some of htem for our previous programs?
