Sorry if this is supposed to go in one of the AMCAS specific threads, I just didn't really know which one it belonged in. Apologies in advance to the mods.
So I'm not too proud of my grades in my last semester and so I sent in my official transcript to AMCAS before the grades came out. I'm doing this in an effort to hide these mediocre grades from schools but something just occurred to me...
Would I have to disclose these grades on secondaries? From what I remember, most secondaries have that tedious section where you fill in your classes all over again. If these classes aren't in my transcript, then would I be required to report them? The schools will know that I graduated and most secondaries are done in July/August so they'll probably know something's up if my grades from my last semester aren't reported on the secondary. I can't say that I don't know what my grades are because no school releases their end of semester grades that late.
Has anyone ever done something like this? How should I handle the secondary?
