A residency question on TMDSAS says: By Oct 1 of this year will you have lived in Texas continually for the last 12 months?
My permanent address is in TX but I am a rising senior at an out of state college? What do I answer to this question? Is it still 'yes' since I still technically 'live' in TX? But what do they mean by continuously?
