On the AACOMAS application it lists:

What is the type of geographic area where you were raised? If I was raised in an isolated town until the age of 6 and then I moved to america to mid-sized city 50,000-100,000. Do I put "isolated town" or do I put the "mid-sized city". What if I put "Do not wish to report". I want to make sure I put down the best option that would benefit me.

No one will care, but accurately, you're from a mid-sized city. This is just for demographic info...it's doesn't affect your chances.

You really do not have to answer it if you do not want to, also the stuff about your parents and what they do for work is not relevant either, you are a grown adult.
