C. What personal challenges do you anticipate if you undertake training at an urban medical school?

My personal statement is about my medical experience in africa, so can i still pick A and write about that but with a whole different perspective...more culture based than medical based or should i pick some other random cultural experience....i just dont want them to think that was my only cultural experience, it was just my most noteworthy

or i can write about B just as easily

if it were me i'd go with B solely because you already talked about the trip to africa. i try to get in as much different stuff as possible in my secondaries. either way, you should be fine.
