I am sending my certiicates to ECE for evaluation.
Do i need to send original or a photocopy as i have not decided which university i will be applying to.
And what kind of evaluation should i get done General or Course by course?

for ECE you have to send certified translation, not the originals and you should ask for course by course evaluation

thanks for the prompt reply but i read somewhere that some univ might need original certificate evaluation...what is that? i mean i havent appeared for the exam yet and dont know where i will be applying so how can i decide abt that?

To ECE you send certified translations of your diploma and transcripts, so they can evaluate your degree and your GPA. You need that evaluation to be ble to register for NDBE. After you take your NDBE, you start applying to schools and then you can ask ECE to send their evaluation to the respective schools;of course you will have to pay a fee for each evaluation that ECE is sending to the schools
