I received a lot of advice that if you feel like you're taking too long on a question on the DAT, it's better to mark it, move on, and come back to it later.

Do those people mean to also guess an answer choice in case you don't have time in the end to return to the marked questions?

I guess what I'm trying to ask is, an incomplete question is counted as wrong, correct?

A question that isnt answered is counted wrong. If you're not totally sure, put down your best guess, mark it, and come back to it if you have time.
