Ok, so regarding primary aldosteronism,
why is RAAS suppressed in aldosterone-producing adenoma (APA)
while it's intact in bilateral adrenal hyperplasia (IHA)?
This is apparently the basis of performing the posture test in discriminating between APA and IHA, but I can't understand why this is the case
