Had a light few days, so cranked out this book. It's very good, I recommend it.
Goes over controversial cases, e.g. for breast cancer: 1) when to offer PMRT for patients with 1-3 LNs 2) when to offer PMRT for patients treated with NAC 3) How to treat the elderly patient or for prostate: 1) when to offer hormones for intermediate risk patients 2) whether or not to offer ADT in adjuvant/salvage setting and what volume to treat 3) how to treat high risk cancer. There is an overview and analysis of evidence. Then, an academic doctor gives their viewpoint. Then, the community doctor gives their viewpoint. Then, there is a summary. It's well thought out and easy to read. Wish there were pictures and contours and stuff, but it's very good.
