I'll be starting radiology residency in about 1 month....

Hey anyone know of a good radiology anatomy book? I want a good general text. Also I'm looking for books with good neuro/head and neck and msk anatomy.

I have weir (sp?), netter, and A.D.A.M.

I'm only starting internship, so I will only comment on a part of your question and leave a more thorough answer for the more senior people here.

For Normal Head and Neck CT anatomy, I found this small pocket book to be excellent.

Pocket Atlas of Normal CT Anatomy of the Head and Brain

The images are high-quality and are labeled in great detail, especially the temporal bone imaging which is often not covered well in neuro- atlases.

The Theime publications are great for starting out.

But the most awesome book is probably Anatomy in diagnostic Imaging by Fleckenstein It's expensive but worth all the money.
