For Normal Head and Neck CT anatomy, I found this small pocket book to be excellent. Pocket Atlas of Normal CT Anatomy of the Head and Brain The images are high-quality and are labeled in great detail, especially the temporal bone imaging which is often not covered well in neuro- atlases.

As far as CT Anatomy is confirmed, this book's great.. check out the link below. http://www.thieme.com/SID2108558830395/productsubpages/pubid-1087006868.html But the most awesome book is probably Anatomy in diagnostic Imaging by Fleckenstein It's expensive but worth all the money. Hope this helped.
