I'm still voting that someone got her a salt-lick for the holidays.

My picture clipped the urine osmoles, which were 632 - not 63, and left out the urine sodium. Uploaded new pic which included the pertinent values.

Urine osmoles above 600 suggest dehydration or increased salt load. Differentiation can be made by looking at the urine sodium. Low urine sodium suggests dehydration, high urine sodium suggests high salt load. Her urine sodium was 21. Exogenous sodium load should increase urine sodium higher than 100. Had to look that one up.

So sad. I really had that image of this old lady with a salt-lick next to her bed, complete with a red gift bow.

Thanks for including the other numbers. I always have to look that up too so I make sure I've got my arrows pointing in the right direction.
