So, what's your random factoid of the day that you learned through studying for the MCAT?

I found this kind of amusing: Why do indigenous populations of hot arid regions tend to wear black robes? (i.e. hijabs/baltus, what have you) Black garb warms the air between the cloth and the skin, which causes the air to rise and cool the body via convection.

saltines taste sweet after you let them breakdown in your mouth after a while

I learned this during orgo final.

During MCAT studying I learned that the human brain works 3 times more efficiently when Scrubs is on the air. The opposite is true when the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is on the air. True fact.
