I am reading The Gunslinger by Stephen King. So far it is outstanding.

I ordered my MSAR book from Amazon and still haven't gotten it. I won't order it from AAMC, though because I don't really need it (only applying to one school) and I'm getting it for free from Amazon because I signed up for some silly credit card. 😉

Ooh, I'll have to check that one out next. At the rate I'm reading this first book, I'll be done in a couple days.

Of course, if I keep trying to keep my #2 post spot in this thread from lili, I might not be reading anything but this thread for a few days. :laugh:

rarrrrrrrrrr. darn you aamc..... taking even more of my money. there goes 34 bucks 🙁

Not for me - though seriously, if I get a 45 on the MCAT I'm tattooing it somewhere on my body.

I have no tattoos right now and the only piercings I have are one in each ear.

I've seen some of each that I really like, and some that I hated.

I used to have an eyebrow piercing. I had to take it out for my tonsillectomy and I never put it back in since med school interviews were coming up.

No tats, but I plan on getting some someday.

Well I preordered it on Amazon way back in March and I still haven't gotten it. I'm not sure I ever will at this point. 😉

i vvas thinking about getting a tattoo... but considering hovv klutzy i am... my scars are enough of a tattoo for me.

and think about it... if you vvant to go for the zebra effect... STRETCH MARKS!

piercing as just yuck. i have pierced ears and i never vvear earrings

Same. I used to claim I would never date a girl with tattoos but now it doesn't bother me as much since my serious g/f doesn't have any and took out her belly button ring so its all good.

My sister got her belly button pierced when she was in college. I went with her and couldn't watch! I was such a whoose (umm, how DO you spell that?) back then.

She ended up letting it close up a while back I guess.

amazon is my friend vvhen it comes to textbooks. i don't think i've bought anything else online other than books. mvvahahaha.

oh vvait... plane tickets. books and airfare.

😀 I have 2 tattoos. My husband has 11. I want a few more.

his are all over, mine are discreetly hidden. I thought for sure my parents would hate him when they first met him, but they love him, tattoos and all.

I only have my ears pierced, but I hardly wear earrings, so they close up and I have to repoke them when I want to wear earrings.

MSAR = Med School Admissions Requirements.
