it's moved past me now. however- apparently more than 350,000 people without power

driving home was insane. dodging tree branches for 20 miles.

OMG! A tornado is my worst fear!

most of this was straight-line winds, which can be worse- not as concentrated, so a more wide-spread damage path.

unfortunately, there's another storm coming through about 30 miles south of here, with possible rotation. 3 years ago, I spent a summer doing disaster relief in the exact town it's heading toward...... from the last big tornado. 🙁 I hope my old peeps will be ok.

My brother was in a similar incident and broke a lot of the bones in his face. He had to have surgery.

Do you play ultimate? I am an ultimate junkie!!! I just picked it up recently and I'm totally hooked. Fortunately, no injuries yet for me (knock on wood), but a girl in the league got her finger dislocated and beemed on the forehead with the frisbee on her first game...and she still came back
