We have gotten some more stuff done on the house! :clap: We are having a party on the 12th, so that is serving as our motivation. Anyone want to come? Fly, drive, walk, or in Nikki's case...scooter on out here and we'll put you up and feed ya.

Ana, you are still considering GW? When is your first interview? I saw it on MySpace, but I don't know if it was updated.

Yes I agree enjoy your freedom, I am on break till sept but I have additional classes and I am learning to drive.

My first interview is the 2nd up in Houston - I'm driving up on Tuesday to stay with friends (it's a long-ass drive and I am NOT looking forward to it).

I'm still debating about GW - I think I could be really happy there. The school looks great. But that is a TON of money for a secondary. 🙁 Plus I don't know if I would go there over a school in TX. Maybe I should just apply for one more safety school? 😕

I'm alright somewhat bored I have work to do but i just dont feel like reading chem right now, it has to be raining heavily and i must have a cup of coffee . I love to study under those conditions. Right now I'm on holidays so I can relax a bit, I'm awaiting exam results which will determine whether or not i have to retake any year 1 classes together with year 2 next year. I hope i dont have to but nevertheless i will I really want to do med so i will do anything i get accepted.

I like Baylor - but as I'm starting I'm realizing I'll be happy at just about any of the schools I'm applying to. I'm trying to keep an open mind as I interview and find the school that is the best fit for me and at which I'll be the happiest.

That's so sweet Beary. 🙂 I can't wait until my older one can call my sister on the phone! She asks to call her on the phone all the time but if I let her she won't say a word when my sister talks to her. :laugh:

man beary its sweeeeeeeeeeeeet. even when i finished the usmle and i had that weekend off before starting peds i had to work on that peds pre-test they emailed us you remember? this is sooooooooooooooooooo nice, i went to blockbuster yesterday and rented some movies and just relaxed for like half the day GUILT FREE. florida is in a tax free week this week for back to school so i also went to the mall and got some more dress clothes to suplement my clinical dress wardrobe. 😀 right now i'm just getting things in order for my move in 2 weeks, after i get my schedule tomorrow i'll be able to see when i have a day off to schedule my move it date. i didnt want to rent the van for that saturday for example and then end up being on call that day.
