Morning, peeps!

Sorry you're still not feeling well, Mushy! 🙁

Last call for werewolf players.. I'm going to roll the dice in 22 minutes. 🙂

I think I will watch this one too. It looks so confusing to me.

got back from london yesterday, it was 2 weeks of torture imo we stayed in the countryside for the greater patr of the stay, with some friends of my parents , they had so many little kids between them it felt like a nursery. All the little ones were ill with the flu and i was helpng take care of them, needless to say i caught the bug myself *sighs*. Fortunately i have classes on mon so hopefully i'm better by then, or in the ver least well enough to attend class, also i injurned my neck but its nothing too serious and the meds help a great deal. Unfortunately i missed the end of the last thread *sigh*, I had no internet access for 2 weeks. And the most annoying part of the trip everyone who spoke to me asked my nameand age, and when i replied 17 they asked if i worked, so i said no and they asked why i replied because i'm still in school, at which point they look shocked, apparently in their clture the kids stop schooling at the age of 15 so they were appalled that i was still at school. I thought to myself I'm 17 where the hell do you expect me to be other than in school, i have intentions of being a doctor someday. I hope everyone is well. My i do have quite alot to catch up on...

Why does the sun HAVE to shine in my room? WHY?!?!?! *goes to attack the stupid curtains*

My bedroom is like that too. I got room darkening shades. They help a lot. Though the light that creeps in around the edges still irritates me.

Too hot to sit on my porch today!!

We got these cute little business cards, and I was going to send one to my niece, but can't find them.

Good morning folks!

I slept for 11 hours last night - solid sleep. Not sure why. I'm not sick. This week was exhausting though.

My hubby and I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean last night. I don't know why EW gave it a bad review - it was fantastic! And totally leaves you wanting and waiting for the 3rd one at the end! If any of you haven't seen it, it's a good one.

My husband is at a coaching clinic for rugby this weekend, so I have the house to myself!!! I'm not going to do work until tonight. Today = LAZY!!!!!!!!

Awww, does your niece know that her Aunt Beary is a HO? 😀

 I didn't explain the HO terminology to her yet.

She does want to be a doctor like Aunt Beary when she grows up. 😍

(I didn't tell her that I'm a pathologist 😉 )

Hi Meg! Wow, that is great you got so much sleep.

I am looking forward to seeing that movie as well. I don't go to movie theaters but have it in my Netflix queue. (I still have that Narnia movie oxeye. 😳 )

I am going to have a lazy day too.

Lazy day here too - going to play werewolf. 🙂

And I'm hoping to go visit my friend and her newborn son in the hospital today. 😀 She went into labor yesterday afternoon so I hope I will hear from her or her husband sometime this morning!! I just hope the poor thing isn't still in labor (and I hope she got her VBAC!!)

Yeah I was going to buy darkening shades (I had them at my parents) but they have to be custom made and are a little $$$. If we're not staying in this house for more than a year then I'm not going to invest the money. I think I'm going to try to for a heavier fabric of curtains. Don't leave it to the man to get curtains. 😉

Thanks for the ocncern guys. I'm doing a little better right now but that could also be because I haven't had anything in my system either. I'm sipping on some water because I can start to see I'm getting dehydrated. I'm waiting for the MIL to get here to go shopping. Not exactly sure when she's coming up though 😕 If I'm not doing better by tomorrow I'm going to go to the urgent care clinic I think. Hopefully I'm getting better and trying no to move so my fever doesn't come back 🙂

There is nothing on TV though. 😡

OK...a question....

Has anyone taken Bio and Orgo together?
Or Bio and Chem?
Frankly, I would rather put the 3 together... Bio I & II, Orgo I & II and Chem I & II all in the same year.

Any input?

I took Bio and Chem together and will take Orgo and Physics together.

If you've already had Chem in the past, you could take Chem and Orgo together, but if you're new to Chemistry, I would take Chem before Orgo.

I took Bio II and Orgo I together and Genetics and Orgo II together. It wasn't too bad for me - the bio classes were very little work compared to orgo.

Oh PW - you haven't taken Chem at all yet?

I definitely wouldn't take Chem I and Orgo I together. Chem II and Orgo I is a little more doable, but honestly I don't like the idea of taking two chemistry classes in the same semester. Both G. Chem and O. Chem require you to do a lot of practice problems to really get used to the topics. You'd be doing *a lot* of homework that way.

I guess it's no worse than Chemistry and Physics in the same semester, though. I did that once and it is doable, just a ton of work.

Also - the school I'm at now won't let you take Orgo until you finish the entire G. Chem year.

WTF! I had my heart set on a cheeseburger from McD's. I roll up at 10:45 and they are still serving breakfast. Too lazy to wait 15 minutes, I cave and get a breakfast sandwich. Grrrr....

Things just aren't going your way in the food department today!!!
