I'm not technically complete anywhere because my advisor still hasn't gotten my letters out. I haven't filled out Wash U yet and I think I'll not complete Northwestern or Emory's 2ndary because I liked UT-H THAT much.

they work very well...my BF swears by them (we have 2 here in our apartment). you just have to be careful b/c they usually have plastic handles and those can burn very easily on a gas stove.

Is that the earliest you can go??? It's nice to interview before 10-15 there, because then Dean Remick sends the acceptance video by email at midnight. 😀 U Mich seriously has the most pizazz and school spirit of anywhere. 👍

It was the only one with decently priced plane tickets and a friend I can stay with - plus a hockey game!! But aren't we getting ahead of ourselves about the acceptance video? :laugh:

No. 🙂

You'll still get the video anyway; they send it to the people they accept after the 15th too. And when you've been accepted, you'll find out fast, within a week or two. I even know of one person who interviewed on the 14th of Oct. and got his email that night at midnight with the rest of us. 😎

Q: You know you have more faith in me than my dad does. He keeps telling me this, "You'll get in somewhere, probably won't be your first choice but you'll definitely get in somewhere." I know he's being supportive but sometimes my mother's blind support ("Are you sure you don't want to apply to the Royal College of Surgeons or Harvard?") is just SOOO nice. :laugh:

Sounds like my mom. I think they're just protecting us since most applicants, regardless of stats get rejected somewhere.

but it's all good, especially for you this season! 👍

Oh yeah - and I agree with him. It's just that I don't want my parents to be the voice of reason. I want it to be like when I was 5 and they kept telling me I could be president someday if I wanted to bad enough.

hey, things are pretty busy! i am trying to get secondaries out (finished 5 so far...plenty more to go), and about a week ago, i went on vacation in savannah, which was awesome!

how's school treating you?? we've been missing you here. 🙂
