folks my eyes are drooping even with a nap this afternoon. I'm proud of myself- I went to the gym and worked out for an hour on one of these:

nothing beats that feeling you get when you make your first incision. just remember to stay loose... i tend to clench up and at the end of the day i'm just way too sore.

what i've seen in ob/gyn is really limited to the cases we do, but as interesting as i think it is (yay weighted speculum) i don't think it's for me (i think one day i assisted on half a dozen fistula cases 😱

i forced myself to work out tonight too. although i didn't use one of those--looks scary.

OK, well here's the deal- you want the PS to flow, right? And the end should tie into the beginning? So you've got that covered with chicks at beginning and end, and then you just have to draw in money (you could bs and say something like "it's not about the money"), and power ("the power to help people", if you can say it with a straight face)... and you're IN!
