maybe he's pulling a lili? Asked a mod to hold his account so he'd stop posting and actually get things done. 😉

If I don't get my personal statement done this weekend, I might have to take such drastic measures. :scared:

thanks nova, yeah... long days on OB/gyn so not too much sdn time. i cant exactly be sitting at the nurse station checking out sdn with the residents and attendings walking around.

today i was able to leave "early" at 445 because it was just a lecture day. peds totally spoiled me in terms of time. 😳

Why not? I did that all the time.

I'm still at work. 😡 Maybe 1-2 hours of smalls left. I think doing bigs before smalls is better for me.

Here was the best requisition of the day. There is a little spot for "brief clinical history" on the path reqs and lots of time it is left blank, or says something like "mass" or something equally useful. (Future clinicians of the world - listen to the pathologist plea to just put something useful there!) But this was the best clinical history: "Please section through entire specimen." ROFLMAO I want to send a req back, "Please fill out clinical history. You do your job, I'll do mine." 😎

i'd like to see that!

i thought of you in the OR yesterday beary! the twins that were delivered by c-section had 2 cords but 1 placenta, both of the cords were tied in knots when the placenta was removed, ie the reason for the emergency c-section. the attending said to the nurses, "i want that placenta sent exactly like it is to pathology, i dont want anyone touching it here so that path can document the knots were present before anything was done to it." sooooo made me think of dr.beary down there in pathology opening up a plastic bin and seing her favorite organ. 😉

right but where did you see his name? on the front page? i KNOW you randomites arent looking at other sections of sdn. 😱

He posts in the pre-do and DO forums a lot. i saw his name and banned in black under it today.

i figured it was temporary since i didn't see anything too bad in his post hx. he did make a bad statement about san francisco though.
