A short quiz:

In the Random Non-MCAT thread you are allowed to discuss all of the following EXCEPT:

A.) Breaststicks
B.) the MCAT
C.) cake
D.) VD

If you chose B then congrats! You are ready to begin postwhoring in the Random non-MCAT and only peripherally related to the MCAT thread - Part Quatro 😎

My daughter is trying to do pat-a-cake on her own.

It comes out "pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker man, roll it, and hat it, and mark with baby. Yay!"

She's so cute. 😉

if you could record that and somehow link a sound bite to this thread you would be my hero

It's hard. I just think about megboo confiscating the TV and taking the doorknob off the bathroom. 😉

Hey, if you had a husband with initial communication skills like mine had, you'd resort to drastic measures, too  It sounds worse than it really was! Especially since we're all lovey-dovey now!

Got back from seeing Snakes on a Plane.... geez! I think only war movies had this many people die! I don't want to give it away, but if you don't like gory/scary movies, don't see it. I 😍 samuel jackson in this though!!!!!

Yeah, I'm not going to see it. Sounds like it would give me nightmares.

Anybody seen V for Vendetta? That's my next movie.

I just bought Grey's Anatomy season 1 for $8.99 pre-owned. I have only ever seen 1 episode so I guess i'll see what all the fuss is about.

My girlfriend got me Curb Your Enthusiasm season 2 for a graduation gift. My favorite show - ever 😍

Once upon a time I confined my posting to subjects of purpose.

I was younger then... innocent... just a lamb lost in the woods.

There I found Werewolf and the random thread. And now I'm just a dirty li'l post ***** who posts all around town. Even the bad parts.

Somehow, you created literature inspired by SDN. Now that is freaky!

Did you see the episode where he was trying to decide if he should listen to his doctor or his pharmacist?

Doctor. Pharmacist. Doctor. Pharmacist.

After seeing it get slammed on drudgereport for months on end, I wasn't too keen on seeing it initially. Some friends dragged me to it though and I have to say I was impressed. My sole complaint was that I thought they pushed the whole "don't be intolerant" angle a bit much at times. Geez, I don't want to have to think during an action movie.

And on a peripherally related note, I'm also a big fan of the soundtrack.

"Gimme one of those vanilla bull**** things"

Well then would you write Dr D a script for something so he stops getting on my case about the Vicodin? 😉

Me getting a script for a party in a bottle has no bearing on your current hoarding. :meanie:

I just told my mom EXTREMELY NICELY that it would be easier to have the weekend to myself, since I was working, very tired, etc. She argued with me, pouted, and then hung up on me. *sobs* 🙁 🙁

awww, so not cool!

ARGH, so I'm out shopping trying to prepare for my trip tomorrow and my debit card gets declined. It happened over the weekend too so I had to stop all my shopping (because I didn't want to charge gas and groceries!) and come home to call the stupid bank.

30 minutes later, it's all taken care of. But now I have to go back out and finish my errands. 😡 I'm just going to wait until my husband is done with work at this point and take him with me. 😉 :meanie:

Noodels? As in pasta?
OK, they are spaghetti noodles. However, they are topped with chili rather than any sort of Italian sauce. Important to note is that it's a Greek chili, not Texas- or western-style, so it is not hot/spicy, rather flavorful. The secret ingredients are reported to be cocoa powder and/or cinnamon, but the Lambrinides family guards it pretty closely, so it's all speculation.

Pictured is the Classic 3-way- spaghetti, chili, cheese. One may also get a 4-way, in which they would add kidney beans OR onions, or the grand-daddy of them all, a 5-way, which adds kidney beans AND onions.

Also readily available are the coneys- hot dog in a bun, slathered with mustard, topped with chili, onion, and cheese.

And mind you, this is not just ANY kind of cheese, it's a very mild finely shredded cheddar which they absolutely heap up on top of each creation.

YUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

Found my ankle tape...my favourite store had it. They had it in plain, coloured and even printed. And I even got whistled at walking to the store. Good for ego 😀

Oh yeah, and I had Ben & Jerry's coupons on my desk when I came back after a week away. Definately brightened my day 😎

Ehh...I'm not a huge fan of chili or anything with beans. I do like giros. 🙂 I was powered by Burger King on Saturday for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner!
