Not sure what the Random thread is all about? Well, here's the answer to all your questions.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

as the owner of a pair of them (au naturel, not purchased), I have to say they're really not all they're cracked up to be. they do get in the way, but the worst part is when I spill stuff. doesn't land in the napkin in my lap, no sir. right there on the rack- splat. I've become a master at getting stains out of clothing.

I have a snack tray too.
 
My mom thinks it's going to make me sick for eating the same thing everyday. 😕 Her and her friend say it will mess up my immune system, riiiight. I kept telling her everything gets broken down to fats, proteins, and carbs...

Btw, this is what I ate throughout the day: 6 egg whites, 3 slices whole wheat bread, apple, 1,000+ calories of brown rice, combined 1 lb of grilled chicken (sometimes fish, but that's expensive), banana, steamed veges. These were broken down to 5 meals separated by 3 hours each.

Edit: Oh yea, and a multi viatmin and a gallon of water. I haven't done this for a LONG time as I've been doing MCAT. Now it's time to restart.

And you said that this increased your metabolism? How long did you do this? When you stopped did you go back to eating bad things?
 
I cut out soda and fatty foods. If I eat sugar it is natural...like fruit. The sugar part if the hardest for me cause I love sweets. I have been working out for one hour five days a week. I love working out, so that is not the hard part for me.


I take that back, I was NEARLY addicted to Code Red. I wasn't fully because I'd change it out all the time. I had 5 liters a week of soda, but now it's just water. I usually had Code Red, Moutain Dew, Root Beer, Live Wire, etc...
 
I'm home!!!! Yay! I had a great time with my family but it's always nice to be back in your own environment. 🙂

There's no way I'm even going to try catching up on this thread. Anyone care to fill me in on any major events in the last week?

I'm off to finish my secondary tonight and get ready for class tomorrow. 😱

Eating smaller portioned meals will increase your metabolism rather than say (exaggerating) one large meal. I was never hungry either. Other than that, I raised my metabolism by bike riding 11 miles a day. Did weight lifting every other day (resting muscle burns fats, so I put on more muscle 🙂 ).

Yeah...I drank Mt.Dew like crazy during MCAT studying. I think cutting out all that soda and sugar is what made me lose the weight the fastest.

addiction is very much about the behavior though- ie, there's something very soothing about the process of lighting a cigarette, or of making a pot of coffee. once you get past the physical withdrawal, there's a lot of behavioral stuff that has to change.

Or uncorking and pouring the wine. 😳

Jessica Simpson was really hot when she had some meat on her. Now she's too thin...I wouldn't turn it down, though. 👍

As far as best girl in Hollywood, can't say. I don't know who's in there anymore, lol. Kate Beckinsale and Stacy Keibler come to mind. Stacy has incredible legs. Very fit girl, too.

Oh yeah...biking is the best. I love the elliptical too. I can make my stomach/appetite shrink to a dangerous level...that is when my husband has to warn me I am getting too skinny.

I personally can't even begin to list how many girls I've seen on TV that look good. I think you guys are getting too specific trying to narrow it down here. That's just impossible! Then you have to add in the ones in real life so it gets even more complicated.
 
I think guys/girls look good when they look kinda quirky and not too made up.
 
I think Keanu Reeves looks hot.....whether he looks dirty and rugged or when he's clean cut.
