Not sure what the Random thread is all about? Well, here's the answer to all your questions.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

I hate the goggle marks too. I got out of lab an hour ago and I still have one on my forehead!!!

I think I wore my goggles too tight today. 😉

I have my goggles that I'm using from gen chem about 9 yrs ago 😱

I have to change my gloves every 10 minutes regardless even if I don't think there is anything on them and wear dish gloves over the latex ones. I waste so much time getting new gloves and throwing the old ones away!

I used to use the 5 liter graduated cylinders in my research lab. Although I'd used 2 liters of fluid at most. They were huge. A balancing act if you tried to pour a precise amount...

Dude, 1L's are huge (in my opinion) and HEAVY. 1L flasks are heavy too!

I love the weather that TX has around the end of November. Nice and cool so that you can be perfectly comfortable in a sweat shirt/sweater and not freeze if you're outside all day. Perfect football weather 👍

I know an osteopathic program that guarantees admission, that is the only one. I know programs where a high percentage get accepted as well ...

Yeah - went I heard about the snow, Dartmouth got kicked right off my list!!

wahhh!!! New Hampshire is the best state, in my humble opinion. If I could pick any state to live in excluding all real life factors such as job, family, cost of living, etc., I would pick NH for sure. Dartmouth is the MOST beautiful campus. I almost went there for a path interview just because it was in NH. 😉

Nice write-up. Although I am surprised if people don't know the diff btw debit and credit cards.

I used my debit card only at Sam's club because they don't accept credit cards (except Discover I think). Also when I had to pay some tuition fees for my old school since they wouldn't accept credit cards. My bank doesn't charge me transaction or annual card fees. I don't even pay for my checking account (including new checks).

I love my credit card, though. I don't like using cash because if it's stolen, it's gone forever. I pay my bills off at the end of every month so I never have late fees or more due because of the insane rates they charge. I also like how I have the ability to dispute a charge if that ever arises. I also do online bill pays through my checking account so no worries about wasting money on postage or envelopes. 🙂
