A few ground rules. Everything you post must be RANDOM and more importantly, only peripherally related to the MCAT. See my example post below. I now await Beary's shirtless pic of Carl Edwards. C'mon Beary, A-man is dying to see it. 😀

This is Ana's example:

My, factually, better examples 😀 :

Beats watching our slaughter in Georgia.

Are you my 12th interviewer? 😛

Yeah, LOL.

I'm going to have TypeA fake a seizure just to see what you do.

(I told you folks that story about the MSTP students I was giving a tour to right? One of them had a seizure, for real obviously. All the other students thought it was a plant to see how they would respond. )

Then I'll be like "Dr. Beary, work your skills" 😛

Ok Randomites...this thread is a little too quiet. So, here's something to ponder:

And they've had 3 more since then! Ugh.

Hahahaha.....I hope Florida goes undefeated so that when they play Arkansas in the SEC Championship game they get theirs and it makes us look good. I don't go to the U of A, but I am from Arkansas. Two words: Mitch Mustain.

I mowed the lawn and now I am hungry....nothing here except frozen chicken so we are going out. Tonight is going to be a total veg out night since the first part of this week was not. LAter!

I'm actually ok with this. The dad makes a decent living, mom home-schools. The kids look nice and neat. I am not opposed to large families if they have a great support base. I do have a hard time with people having kids, then beating them or using the welfare system to pay for them.

This family looks a lot more together than some I've seen with just one or 2 kids!

sucks......that is why you don't fly small planes. Dam# Boombers couldn't even beat the Tigers. What a bunch of losers. White SOX 2007 baby!! A's 2006!! Or maybe the Cards.

Planes are extremely safe.

Ask WilliamsF1!

I was on TWA Flight 800 two weeks before it exploded. Seriously. I still have an Arabic Pepsi from that flight. I kept it because it was odd and the first time I've ever seen it.

Other than that, it's safer to fly commercial. Larger planes don't move around as much in turbulence. If you've ever been in a Cirrus or Cessna, be prepared in bad weather...Also, airplane wings are made to flex. They can be pulled upwards 50% the way for the tips touching eachother.

I'm not a huge fan of prop planes. I like turbines.

His name is Jim-Bob

For sure....I flew into Telluride, Colorado once in a small, propeller plane and it was very scary.....my heart fell like it was going to fall out of my chest. I was young and forever scared.

My roommate in college was in the aviation program at SIU and we went flying lots of times. I live about 1 mile from a small air field and people fly in and out of there several times a day - no accidents to date. Flying is extremely safe, but not foolproof. Just like cars, trains, boats, space shuttles, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters, etc.

I'm curious to know more details of the crash....

Holy *hit, that would be scary on both accounts, but the TWA more than anything
